Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 1–2 weeks from the date your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each item with care.
Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.): 1–3 business days after shipment

International: 1–3 weeks after shipment (delivery times vary based on location and potential USPS or customs delays)
Please note: The USPS has recently experienced nationwide delays, especially with First-Class Mail, which may extend delivery timelines beyond the estimates provided.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order has shipped, it is in the care of the United States Postal Service (USPS). If your package appears to be “In Transit” for an extended period, we recommend contacting USPS directly to inquire about the status of your delivery: USPS Help.
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please email us so we can work with you on a resolution.
Marked as Delivered, But Not Received
If your tracking number shows that the package was “Delivered” but you have not received it:

Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

Wait a few days, as packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered.

If still missing after 5 business days, you must file a claim directly with USPS: USPS Missing Mail.
Please note: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of the shop. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
