All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact USPS directly.

International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted on custom items, as each piece is confirmed and approved before shipment.
