TIPS FOR A SPEEDY CHECKOUT ON RELEASE DAYS
On release days, most items tend to sell out VERY quickly. Here are some tips to help your checkout process go as smooth as possible.
Most items are limited in quantity, some even as low as one in stock. Unfortunately, an item in your cart does not mean it is reserved. if you’re unable to get what you wanted, there will be more restocks in the future.
If possible, use a computer or laptop instead of your phone if you can. Usually the internet connection on a computer is faster than mobile
Please make sure your shipping and payment info is saved CORRECTLY in the autofill settings of your browser. You can even create an account on the website that will also save your info.
if you’re planning on buying multiple items, try concentrating on checking out with one item at a time, your orders will be AUTOMATICALLY COMBINED and shipping on your other orders will be refunded. Purchase stickers last, they
are less likely to sell out.
**If you win a backstage pass, no need to check out one item at a time
Plan your purchase! Before each release, you can check out the RESTOCK page for the list of what will be available. If the item or show you’re looking for is not listed, it most likely will not be restocked at that time
Enter the Backstage Pass raffle! Backstage pass will be posted 24 hours before the time of release. Winners will be contacted 30 minutes before release time and will have a 15 minute head start to shop before it opens to the public.
