SHOP POLICIES

Shop Policies

All items are final sale. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me via email to resolve the issue.

 

Production & Shipping

Processing time is 1-2 weeks from the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Each piece is handmade and will have a one of a kind appearance due to the nature of the materials used. Unique characteristics such as some micro bubbles and bumps are normal.

Please note the USPS has made news recently about their deliveries nationwide. This has affected delivery times, and First-Class packages are taking longer to arrive. 

Once orders are shipped out, they are in the hands of the USPS. If tracking indicates your order is "In-Transit" for a long period of time, your best option is to contact USPS directly HERE  to see if they can locate your package. If your package is still not delivered after 30 days passed the estimated delivery date, please send me an email so we can find a resolution.

If your tracking IS marked as "Delivered" but hasn't arrived, be sure to check with neighbors and other occupants of your address first. In some cases, packages get prematurely scanned as delivered but arrive within a few days. If  there is still no sign of the package after 5 business days, your only option is to contact and work with USPS here to get to the bottom of the issue. Once a package is marked "Delivered" by USPS it is no longer the seller/shop's responsibility.
